Miki Tsurugi (剣 光姫, Tsurugi Miki) is a anesthesiologist at Mochizuki General Hospital, the mentor of Mikoto Kiba and the childhood friend of Yuko Sagiri who is the expert chemist/sniper of Black Label where she tends to be the voice of reason on her team and she invented a special anesthesia that works as a truth serum with the patient unable to remember anything afterwards.
